Ideally located on the mezzanine level of the Maison de Tignes le Lac, just above the tourist office, « Le Panorama » area offers many activities for young children and teenagers. Are you looking for an indoor activity? The Panorama space provides board games for the whole family (Dixit, Time's Up, 7 families game, wooden puzzles, etc.), as well as computers for playing a wide range of video games online (Counterstrike, Fortnite…).
Young children will appreciate the library corner for a quiet time between two sporting activities, while teenagers and adults will take advantage of the free wifi to check their e-mails, share their holiday memories on social networks (#tignes), or even even revise or work just a little with a breathtaking view of the mountains for the more studious.
Does the weather forecast predict rain or a snowstorm during your vacation? Do not panic ! In winter as in summer, thematic events and exhibitions are regularly organized at the Panorama. The digital and immersive experiences are inaccessible every Sunday from 17:00 to 19:00.
This experience allows users to take a 100-year leap back in time, from life in the old village in the 1920s to the history of the resort up to 2024 (agropastoralism, construction of the dam, relocation of the village, the advent of winter sports, etc.), all via virtual reality headsets.

The experience allows users to discover the Tignes area and its riches in augmented reality. By pointing the touch-sensitive tablet at the map of Tignes on the virtual reality table, 6 points of interest are displayed, presenting information about the area in a fun and educational way (water and energy resources, the glacier, local flora and fauna, etc.). A mini-game is available for younger users, in which you have to find several items on the map to unlock a reward.

FROM THE COLLECTION "SANTA TERRA"
Come and immerse yourself in the history of Tignes through magnificent archive photos from the Santa Terra collection, which shed light on life in the old village of Tignes, the daily life of this small mountain village before it became the major winter sports resort as we know it today.
