Chez Juliane, a restaurant founded by culinary enthusiasts, offers balanced and authentic cuisine. After eight successful years in Normandy as a catering service, the restaurant is expanding with a new location in Tignes. This expansion comes with a collaboration with Jean Baptiste Doize, a vital team member since 2017. Chez Juliane's cuisine, characterized by "low-temperature" methods and homemade creations, will continue to thrive in this new environment. The choice of Tignes is explained by its rich Savoyard terroir and cultural diversity, providing an exceptional culinary experience in a natural setting.
