You are in a national nature reserve, on the outskirts of the Vanoise National Park. Thanks to the reserve, it has been possible to protect the fauna and flora, and in particular, to ban hunting on the main migration corridor of the ibex (more info: www.parcnational-vanoise.fr).
Be careful, you are in a glacial zone. Do not stray from the secured areas.

The STGM is the Tignes' ski lift compagny. To access to the glacier (as skier or pedestrian) you need to buy a ski pass. In summer : 1 ticket office is open in Val Claret Grande Motte
